Gender-Male
Age-26
Species-Ocelot
Occupation and Home- Hunter, The Jungles to the South

Appearance-Achuchi has a reddish brown coat marked with pure black spots and rosettes that turns lighter as it gets closer to his underbelly. His fur is cropped short, save for two long beaded braids growing from under his chin. There is a single white spot on the back of each of his ears, and two thick black lines on either side of its face starting from the top of his head and running parallel with his bright yellow eyes strait down to his pink nose. Most of his black-banded tail has been severed leaving only about a ten inch stump. He is small standing a even five feet tall, with a lean wiry build. Both ears are lined with small studs, and a bone sits between his nostrils. His small paws end is razor semi-retractable claw, and his mouth is filled with needle sharp teeth. He wears a loin cloth of peccary leather and a belt of the same substance around his waist.
Possessions- He carries a Macuahuitl (A wooden club with sides embedded with prismatic blades made from obsidian) and gold plated obsidian dagger stolen from a panther he injured on his belt. A peccary hide buckler strapped to his wrist, a bone tipped hunting spear on his back, and a leather sling. His most prized possession however is his late fathers spirit bone, he always keeps it pierced through his nostrils and will never remove it.
Personality- Achuchi is a beast lost in the pit of his own guilt. He can never forgive himself for what he did but due to his fear of reprisal and the jaguars cannot bring himself to return. He is kind, gentile and soft spoken with a great love for dubbin’s of all species. He is extremely self conscious about his size and tries to make up for it with extreme acts of bravery or recklessness. His tail is the mark of his shame and will not answer any questions about it immediately changing the subject or going silent. His fear has become his ruin; it is to the point where he is plagued nightly by nightmares of his deed. He is intelligent and creative but due to his low self esteem refuses to believe that he is worthy of giving advice. He is a accomplished whittler and singer and loves to spend his spare time with a song on his lips and a hunk of wood in hand.
Strengths:
• Possesses great Dexterity, Intelligence and Speed.
• Has excellent night vision, and can move in absolute silence.
• He has semi-retractable claws and sharp teeth.
• Is extremely accurate with both sling and spear.
Character Weaknesses:
• He has below average Strength due to his small stature.
• He is unknowingly being relentlessly hunted by the Jaguar warrior Trumak who has sworn revenge for the loss of his eye and theft of his Macuahuitl and dagger.
• He has only a basic grasp of the language and customs.
History- Born to the village of Moie deep in the hot and steamy jungles to the south, Achuchi was preened and prepped to be the head hunter of the tribe from the moment of his arrival. His father Wanadi was the leader of the tribe and tried to raise Achuchi by himself after his wife died during childbirth, and although did not know the first thing about raising a child tried his very best.. Achuchi grew up in a harsh but loving world; their small village like so many other ocelot villages had to be on constant alert from both the Peccary and Jaguar nations, both of which were in a seemingly endless war with the ocelots. He grew quickly but inherited his mother’s size and was constantly teased by all the other males in the village. This drove him to acts of reckless bravery and earned him the nickname Ocelotl (Jaguar), but in his heart he felt fear and uncertainty at his right to lead, and this feeling only grew with each passing day. Later that year after a very successful hunt in which the whole village celebrated, Achuchi was given his fathers spirit bone (a bone of the first leader of the village Cuauhtemoc who was rumored to be very strong, wise and all knowing) he was told that at this moment he was the real leader of the tribe and his father would tech him the finer points until his death. Achuchi’s heart grew heavy and he slipped out into the jungle during the celebration to think. He ended up falling asleep, and awoke to sounds of screams and battle. He rushed back to the village, running strait into a jaguar slaver party that had attacked the village looking to capture potential sacrifices for their bizarre rituals. They had enslaved most of the village, but Wanadi and a few other brave warriors were holding their ground. Wanadi bellowed to Achuchi “join us in battle son so that we may drive back these spotted devils!” Achuchi’s heart filled with fear and he turned to flee, his father momentarily distracted took a jaguar spear in the heart, and fell to the ground dead a look of puzzlement on his face. The jaguar hunt leader knowing that leaders were worth more to his lord ordered his best tracker Trumak after Achuchi. Trumak easily caught Achuchi several days later and in a vicious battle Achuchi’s tail was severed, but in that loss he took one of Trumaks eyes and his most prized weapons. Achuchi has been wandering north ever sense, heading toward something even he does not know.
